  Use Exmouth Haulage for all our business freight plus have had them transport personal boats and cars. Reasonable rates and great customer service

  Had to send a car from Exmouth to Perth via freight at short notice. Exmouth Haulage had the best rate, customer service was quick and car arrived quickly.

  Had trip planned and needed 4x4 transported to Exmouth from Perth.
  Dad called Perth office on Monday and was told not to drop Ute off till Tuesday. When dropped off he was assured it would arrive on Thursday of same week.
  We arrived back into town on Friday afternoon after week of camping out of range in Exmouth to call Exmouth Haulage to be told ‘nah that wasn’t dropped off till Tuesday and we weren’t given any time frame for delivery’ also being told ‘it won’t arrive till Wednesday’ of the following week ‘now it’s a public holiday weekend’.
  But I should understand because ‘we need to pack the trucks you know’
  Delays travel and bookings by 4 days. I need to call around to rescheduled camp sites and accomodation during one of the busiest times the Kimberley’s has ever experienced. No accomodation available anywhere in Exmouth for the extended days. If anything comes up I’ve been told it will be at a premium due to ‘long weekend’
  We need to cut out part of our trip now because of this delay so we can still make it to my cousins wedding in Darwin.
  Useless communication and blatant lack of concern for their customers.
