  Abrupt and blunt, didn’t feel like the server wanted to help and that being a traveller wasn’t her preferred customer.
  Could use some customer service training or find a job she likes.

  We received the very best service from Kate and Brie. They were wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful, and got us out of a sticky corner. I can't say enough in praise of them. The shop was well stocked with a great variety of goods, especially camping essentials, and the team really knew what they had. Six stars!

  Kevin is a legend, we pulled into mitre 10 after busting our jockey wheel. Thought I would have to replace the lot. Kevin rebuilt the jockey wheel in the workshop at mitre 10 for 4 dollars. Now that is service. Keep up the good work guys.

  buy a bottle last month. I went to use it today and it didn't work. I went to change it and the woman from the store treated me stupid and left me talking to myself while she attended to another
